Stratheyre Cottage is located close to the islands capital of Portree where you can enjoy many of the islands popular shops, bars and restaurants. A visit to Dunvegan Castle is well worthwhile where you can learn about hundreds of years of Isle of Skye history. The castle itself is maintained to an excellent standard and is surrounded by gardens that can be walked in. Also on site is a visitor centre where food and drink can be enjoyed.
